I enjoyed my stay at The Millcroft! Our double room had a beautiful view and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower, and breakfast was a delightful feast—especially the black pudding and haggis!

The room was a suite, more than adequate! But the bonus was the restaurant. I hadn't known from their listing that they had a restaurant for dinner (not included in price of course. )

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and delicious food. The staff returned my forgotten earpods, and the service was always cheerful. I can't recommend it enough. I'm definitely returning for my business trip.

I had a wonderful stay with breathtaking sea views from my room that really enhanced my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The meals, especially the traditional Scottish dishes, were delicious and well-prepared. service could have been a bit more organized during busy times.

The apartment with sea view provided ample space across two floors, featuring a comfortable living area and convenient street access. While the weather was poor, making the views less appealing, the breakfast was exceptional and served efficiently. The staff were outgoing and quick to address a TV reception issue, although the aerial installation could be improved. Indulgent pastries in the dining area added a delightful touch to the meal experience.

Having a pub attached to the hotel was perfect for unwinding in the evening with a nice drink after a long day of exploring the area. the dining experience could use some improvement. Dinner was average, and I found the menu items to be a bit overpriced for the quality provided. Staff were friendly and attentive, but service could be slow during busy times, impacting the overall dining experience. A little more attention to the menu's pricing and quality would go a long way.

Breakfast was a proper feast, and we tucked into the buffet with haggis that made our taste buds dance! The family room set up was a plus, offering enough space for all to spread out comfortably.

Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful night here on our NC500 trip, staying in a room with breathtaking views of the water. The food in the restaurant was delightful, and I highly recommend the chowder! The staff was very friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the duplex apartment was very cozy, especially with a kettle and TV for some late-night relaxation. The bar and lounge were perfect spots to wind down after a day of adventures. Just a heads up, the checkout time was a bit earlier than expected, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

The superior suite had amazing sea views from the top floor. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast included delicious salmon and scrambled eggs. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making dining a breeze.

We loved the semi panoramic view from our mini apartment, the comfy bedding, and the ideal location for exploring. Plus, the delicious lamb shank at dinner was a highlight!
